Levy Waiver Under the Financial Regulations Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012

Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012, the Financial Markets Authority on 15 November 2023 granted a waiver of part of the FMA levy to Portfolio Superannuation Scheme with Saturn Invest New Zealand Limited acting as the manager of that scheme.
