On 19 December 2019 the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) prescribed the points of interconnection as set out in the Commission’s full notice “Notice of points of interconnection under section 231 of the Telecommunications Act 2001” dated 19 December 2019 (“initial notice”). Under section 231(3) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), the Commission may amend or revoke the initial notice in the manner in which it was made.

The Commission hereby gives notice that, under section 231(3) of the Act, it amends the initial notice and prescribes the additional points of interconnection set out in the Commission’s full notice “Notice of points of interconnection under section 231 of the Telecommunications Act 2001” dated 16 February 2023.

The additional prescribed points of interconnection come into force on the date of this notice.
