Notice is hereby given that the Reserve Bank of New Zealand has made the following instruments under clause 4 of Schedule 1 of the Financial Market Infrastructures Act 2021:

1. the Financial Market Infrastructures Act Designation Notice (ESAS) 2023; and
2. the Financial Market Infrastructures Act Designation Notice (CLS) 2023.
