Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and Section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and Commencement

This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2023/009 and will come into force on 6 November 2023.

2. Amendments

The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14* is hereby amended by:

• Inserting line 20L in Schedule 02, Part G to read:

“Line No.: 20L
SH No.: 16
Locality: Huapai
From: NZTM 1737264.54,5929365.93, approximately 47.5m west of Tapu Road
To: NZTM 1737339.28, 5929364.74, approximately 17m east of Tapu Road.
Route Position (Midpoint): 016-19D/6.315
Direction of travel: Eastbound.
Side of Road: Left
Restriction: No Stopping.
Time period: At all times.”

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the bylaw but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw will come into force on 6 November 2023 and will amends the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14*.
