Levy Waiver Under the Financial Regulations Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012

Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012, the Financial Markets Authority on 9 October 2023 granted a waiver of part of the FMA levy to Craigs Investment Partners Self-Select Schemes in respect of Craigs KiwiSaver Scheme, the Craigs Investment Partners Superannuation Scheme, the Craigs Superannuation Scheme, and any other self-select superannuation scheme established by Craigs Investment Partners Superannuation Management Limited (“CIPSML”) with CIPSML acting as the manager of that scheme (together “self-select schemes”).
