In accordance with section 77(1)(a) of the Maritime Security Act 2004, the Chief Executive of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of an exemption from the requirements in Schedule 2 of the Maritime Security Regulations 2004, as specified in the table below, to the following port facility operators, on 29 August 2023:
