Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004—Traffic Signs (January 2023)

Pursuant to sub-clause 4.4(4) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the ‘Waka Kotahi’, the NZ Transport Agency, I, Chris Rodley, Senior Manager Regulatory Standards and Implementation, Regulatory Services, authorise the installation and maintenance of the signs described in the Schedule to this notice.
