Pursuant to subclause 5.4(1A) of Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the Waka Kotahi, NZ Transport Agency, I, Chris Rodley, Senior Manager Regulatory Systems Design, Regulatory Services, authorise the installation and maintenance of the road markings described in Schedule 1, in accordance with the conditions set out in this notice:

1. The M2-8 Special vehicle lane ‘ENDS’ marking may be marked with any Schedule 2 specified special vehicle lane marking to inform users the lane will be ending.
