Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Colin David Owens, Robert Edward Campbell and David Sean Webb, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the property charged (including as receivers of income of the land) of the above-named company on 2 March 2023 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 24 September 2020 in favour of First Mortgage Custodians Limited.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Deloitte, Level 18, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.

On 27 February 2023 Tony Maginness and Jared Booth were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of the above-named company, and as receivers of income in relation to property owned by the above-named company at 62 Essex Street, Philipstown, Christchurch, by Tessera Nominees Limited pursuant to a security agreement and mortgage each dated 28 May 2021.
