Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 27 February 2023, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of all present and after acquired property of the above-named company and trust, and as receivers of income in relation to property owned by the above-named company at 62 Essex Street, Philipstown, Christchurch. The appointer is Tessera Nominees Limited pursuant to security agreements dated 28 May 2021 and 3 June 2022 and a mortgage dated 28 May 2021.
