Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Elizabeth Helen Keene and Luke Norman, both of KPMG, hereby give notice that on 20 February 2023 we were appointed jointly and severally, as receivers and managers pursuant to a Freezing Order in favour of Inland Revenue. The appointment was made by the High Court at Wellington on appointment of Inland Revenue.

The receivers were appointed by the High Court of New Zealand (CIV-2021-409-533) at Christchurch pursuant to High Court Rule 32.3 upon the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue in respect of the assets of the company including the property at 246 Georges Road, Waipara.
