Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 4 December 2023, Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers by Evan Russell Christian, the director of Wilshire Property Limited, over the property of TAKAPUNA YOGA LIMITED under the powers contained in a General Security Agreement dated 24 October 2019.

The property secured consists of all present and after-acquired personal property of TAKAPUNA YOGA LIMITED the meaning ascribed to that term in the General Security Agreement.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
