Notice of Appointment of a Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was on 8 February 2023 appointed as receiver of the property of the above-named entities and individual under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 10 August 2020 and specific security agreements dated 30 June 2022, 20 December 2021, 3 November 2021, 22 October 2021, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the debtor, specific plant and processing equipment, all of the debtors present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.
