Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, advise that the receiverships of the above companies have ended and that we have now ceased to act on 9 November 2023.

As TE KAHA RESORT (2011) LIMITED is not in liquidation, control has reverted to the director.

As TE KAHA KAPAI LIMITED is also in liquidation, control for that company remains with the liquidators.
