Notice of Receiver and Manager Ceasing to Act

I, Paul Vlasic, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Rodgers Reidy, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, the receivership of this company ended on 27 October 2023 and that I have ceased to act as receiver and manager on this date.

All future correspondence should be directed to the Liquidator, PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited.
