Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Lynda Smart and Derek Ah Sam, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Rodgers Reidy, hereby give notice that on 26 October 2023 at 10.00am they were appointed by the Bank of New Zealand jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of TRIUMPHANT EXPLORATIONS LIMITED under the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. A General Security Agreement dated 25 June 2019 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property, being all personal property and all other property.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Further information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
