Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 8481219 and 8337481

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by Bravo Futura Capital Pty Limited as Trustee of Bravo Futura Holdings Trust Limited on 24 October 2023 under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 21 December 2022 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
