Notice of Appointment of a Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, with reference to ELANZA FRESH LIMITED, hereby gives notice that on 17 October 2023 Clark Interests Limited appointed him as receiver and manager of ELANZA FRESH LIMITED under the powers contained in a General Security Agreement dated 6 June 2017 pursuant to which the Secured Party was granted a security interest in all the company’s present and after-acquired personal property and a mortgage over all other property (including land), together defined in the Security Agreement as the collateral.
