Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 30 January 2023 Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named company and individual by Prime Finance Limited pursuant to the powers contained within general security agreements dated 22 March 2022 between the above-named company and individual and Prime Finance Limited, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property together with all proceeds arising from that property and all present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than personal property.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. The Registrar of Companies has more information available regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
