Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from 29 September 2023, we, Paul Thomas Manning and Kenneth Peter Brown have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of SOUTH PACIFIC INDUSTRIAL LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
