Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Prospa NZ Limited on 1 September 2023 under the powers contained in a Loan Agreement dated 5 July 2022 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
