Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 3 February 2023, Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers over all the present and after-acquired personal property of PROPERTY SALES DIRECT LIMITED, pursuant to a term loan agreement and general security agreement given by that company to Trent Cary, both dated 17 October 2018.
