Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Richard Nacey and John Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners NZ, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 30 August 2023 under the terms of a security agreement dated 8 July 2021, the Bank of New Zealand has appointed us as joint and several receivers of RETAIL LINKS LIMITED (“company”) following a request from the directors of the company. The property in receivership comprises all of the assets, property and undertakings of the company.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
