Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Tauranga hereby gives notice that on 23 August 2023, Alpha First Securities Limited appointed him as receiver and manager of the property of LEMON ST DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED under the powers contained in a General Security Deed (2nd Ranking) dated 11 August 2022. The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the company’ present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future, including all of its non-personal property. This appointment covers all land owned by the company.
