Notice of End of Receivership

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Robert Campbell, David Webb and Colin Owens, hereby give notice that the receivership of all property charged (including as receivers of income of the land) of the above-named company under the powers contained in a General Security Agreement dated 24 September 2020 in favour of First Mortgage Custodians Limited has ceased on 18 August 2023.

Please note that the company remains in receivership with Tony Maginness and Jared Booth still acting as receivers under their appointment of all present and after-acquired property of the company, and as receivers of income in relation to the property owned by the company at 62 Essex Street, Philipstown, Christchurch, by Tessera Nominees Limited pursuant to a security agreement and mortgage each dated 28 May 2021.
