Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager of Company Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

I, Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Rodewald Consulting Limited, 1/525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110, hereby give notice that at 2.22pm on 16 August 2023, Bank of New Zealand appointed me as receiver and manager in respect of the property of HOMECUBES LIMITED (“the company”) under the powers contained in the General Security Interest (pursuant to the Facility Document dated 25 June 2020) granted by the company in relation to all of the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future. I have been appointed receiver and manager in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
