Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Seascape (2010) Limited on 7 August 2023 under the powers contained in a Funding Agreement dated 29 July 2022 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
