Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receivership Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, advise that the receiverships have ended and that we have now ceased to act on 19 December 2022.
