Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individual by Early Childcare Holdings Limited on 12 July 2023 under the powers contained in a loan terms and conditions dated 15 June 2021 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company and individual.
