Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 28 June 2023, by Bank of China (New Zealand) Limited, the holder of the General Security Agreement appointed Stephanie Beth Jeffreys (IP#28) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP#42), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and future undertaking and assets of the company.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
