Notice is hereby given that on 21 June 2023, Colin Anthony Latham Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), and Diana Clare Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the company by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, under the powers of a Composite Security Deed (incorporating a General Security Agreement) and Registered Mortgage Instruments 8965524.3 and 8965524.4 dated 3 February 2012 granted by the company in relation to all of the company’s present and after-acquired property and land and present and future interests in and present and future rights in relation to such property and land. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property and land in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
