Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 19 April 2023, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named companies and individual by Jupiter Holdings Limited and Katabole Limited as general partner of the NZ Katabole LP pursuant to the powers contained within general security agreements dated 17 March 2023 between the above-named companies and individual and Jupiter Holdings Limited and Katabole Limited as general partner of the NZ Katabole LP, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property being personal property and all other property of the debtor.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. The Registrar of Companies has more information available regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
