Notice of Appointment as Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 14 June 2023 at 3.45pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property (including personal property and other property) of the above-named company and individual, by Xceda Finance Limited, pursuant to general security agreements dated 11 March 2021 and 27 April 2022.
