Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 26 May 2023, Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (LIP120), was appointed as receiver and manager of the above-named company by Kensington Finance Limited Partnership, pursuant to the powers contained within a General Security Agreement dated 21 December 2020, a Term Loan Agreement dated 21 December 2020 and a Term Loan Variation Agreement dated 22 September 2022 between the above-named company and Kensington Finance Limited Partnership.
The property in receivership consists of all present and after-acquired personal and other property of the company including the property at 67 St Vincent Avenue, Remuera, Auckland and any other properties owned by the company (“Property”), the entitlement to all rental payments and any other sums payable in relation to the Property, and any bank accounts owned by the company.
As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. Pritesh Patel’s License No. is LIP120.
