Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 13 April 2023, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named company and individuals by Revive Finance Limited pursuant to the powers contained within general security agreements dated 15 February 2023 between the above-named company and individuals and Revive Finance Limited, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property together with all proceeds arising from that property, including goods, money, accounts receivable, chattel paper, intangibles, negotiable instruments, documents of title and investment securities.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. The Registrar of companies has more information available regarding the regulation the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
