Notice is hereby given that on 18 April 2023, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20) and Diana Matchett, Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company by the Bank of New Zealand, under the powers contained in the General Security Interests (granted under the two Facility Documents both dated 21 September 2021) granted by the company in relation to all the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future. The property in receivership is all of the company's present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
