Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 18 April 2023, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20) and Diana Matchett, Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the Partnership by the Bank of New Zealand, under the powers contained in the General Security Agreement dated 3 March 2014 granted by the Partnership in respect of a general security interest over all of the Partnership’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the Partnership has rights, whether now or in the future (“Collateral”).

We have been appointed as receivers in respect of the Collateral.
