Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Swim Shop Limited and The Event Dudes Limited, the General Security Agreement Holders of the company, on 19 April 2023 appointed Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning of Tauranga, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as joint receivers and managers of ALPHAWAI LIMITED, pursuant to Loan Agreements dated 25 August 2022 and under the powers contained in General Security Agreements dated 25 August 2022 and 30 August 2022 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property and land and present and future rights and interests in relation to such property and land, defined in each of the GSA’s as “collateral”.
