Notice is hereby given that on 4 April 2023, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), and Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company by Bay Cuisine Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated 18 December 2020. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
