Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Company Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 15 March 2023, Brent Kijurina, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019 of Hall Chadwick Advisory, was appointed as receiver of the company by BizCap NZ Limited (“BizCap”) pursuant to a loan agreement between BizCap and KBL JOINERY LIMITED (in liquidation) dated 20 February 2023, registered on the Personal Property Securities Register granting a security interest in all of its present and after-acquired personal property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
