Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Undertake a Solvent Liquidation

Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2023, the shareholders of 75 KAYELENE PLACE LIMITED resolved, by special resolution, to appoint Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the company, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, to undertake a solvent liquidation of the company.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 7 April 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to sections 241(5) and 241(1)(a) of the Act, the liquidation commenced on 6 March 2023 at 12.48pm.

The directors have executed a declaration of solvency and have filed that with the Registrar on 25 January 2023.
