Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the following companies:

AFTERMATH CIVIL LIMITED was placed into liquidation by order of the High Court at Auckland on 9 December 2022 at 10.12am on the application of Rock and Rubble Limited.

LANDMARK FIDUCIARY COMPANY (NZ) LIMITED was placed into liquidation by resolution of shareholders on 8 December 2022 at 2.38pm.

The undersigned does hereby fix 27 January 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
