Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SKYSOLAR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 2 March 2023 at 10.05am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Duncan Cotterill.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CHAOHU LIMITED (trading as Sushi & More) (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 2 March 2023 at 10.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Christine Henrietta Ding and D.G. Trustee Co (2021) Limited as trustees of the Henrietta Trust.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 12 April 2023.
