On 6 March 2023, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TBP TAURANGA LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 6 March 2023 at 10.20am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 14 April 2023.
