On 24 February 2023 and 28 February 2023 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) and an order of the High Court pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, respectively that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.
