Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AMBAR INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 21 February 2023 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEW PATHWAYS LIMITED, PROPERTY LOCKER LIMITED and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP LIMITED (all in liquidation) by the special resolutions of the shareholders on 1 March 2023 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the above liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 12 April 2023.
