Appointment of Liquidator and

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders above-named companies resolved that the above-named companies be liquidated and that appointed Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
