Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by an order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on 24 February 2023 at 11.13am.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 30 April 2023.
