Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of 5FIFTY5 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 20 February 2023 at 10.02am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 27 March 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
