On 20 February 2023, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 20 February 2023 at 8.46am and 12.00pm respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 27 March 2023.
